Not only was Jeremiah able to find the original shingle and color for the homeowners, he also helped them to fix unseen damage to the roof decking that their insurance company refused to cover. After having their R-panel roof violently ripped off by wind storms, these homeowners decided to seek the help of Alamo City Roofing and Remodeling to handle their insurance claim. Originally their insurance only wanted to cover simple repairs.

Upon further inspection, Jeremiah was able to identify several places where the roof was damaged beyond repair and that were ultimately missed by the insurance adjuster. Alamo City Roofing provided the picture and hand written documentation to the carrier which helped to supplement the claim and insure the roof was restored up to code.
